WDF Honeycomb manufactures high quality aluminium honeycomb core material which is used in a wide variety of applications worldwide. Aluminium honeycomb is highly desirable due to its incredibly high strength-to-weight ratio and is applicable wherever lightness and strength are required. Specification:

WDF produces mainly two types of aluminum honeycomb core: Micro-aperture aluminum core and Normal aluminum core.

Supplying forms:

For normal aluminum core: unexpanded block form and is stretched out / expanded into a sheet on-site.
For micro-aperture aluminum core (cell size is smaller than 2.5mm): expanded form

Expanded or unexpanded.

Our aluminum honeycomb is adhesive-bonded of the aluminum foil, which produces one of the highest strength and the highest
